Dead Eyes 681
I have another that I'm trying to find but this one is plenty good enough. They're for strength rather than fitness btw http://www.gopitbull.com/do-yourself/45588-my-homade-carpet-mill-build.html#/topics/45588?page=1&_k=mzxamr Quote Link to post

Dead Eyes 681
These are the plans someone forwarded to me White board Base 54" long 16" wide, leave side bords 10" longer than Base, rollers are 4" waste pipe 15" long leave a gap of 2" between Base and edge of roller, roller is set up by catering wheels with rubber cut off them so they slide into the pipe they are set on threaded bar with lovk nuts and held in position with adhesive, carpet same width as rollers and about two and a half times as long as Base border plus rollers you'll have to judge when you have it together, angle of bord is up to you but about 30 degree seems to be good When doing the rollers get threaded bar and put lock nuts and washers on and slide the wheels inside the 4" waste pipe, and lock them in position I use the wheels off catering trollie just cut the rubbers off and they slide into the pipe snugly 1 Quote Link to post
