They'll have thousands of cases to be taken into consideration if they plead guilty. Edited February 8, 2017 by jukel123

I agree that it's been blown well out of proportion but if the fish WAS alive then he's definitely a wrong'un...causing suffering to anything..even a fish is shitty in my book Edited February 8, 2017 by daveee88

The lad was out of order...cruelty is out of order. But feck me the prosecution was out of order too.
Nik_B 3,790
Police can and do raise their prosecution rate by surfing social media etc. Much easier to do someone for harsh language or admitting to a crime than actually patrolling
shepp 2,285
Erm...every fishing trawler is full of suffocating fish when they empty the nets, what's the difference?
Silversnake 1,099
Jailed for eating a fish! Is this for real? Every fish ever eaten died as cruelly as this fish! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard...

dave88 1,565
He still committed an offence regardless of how petty it all is. He was the dickhead who filmed it and put it online...everyone has the attitude of 'it's only a fish'...still a living and breathing animal

dave88 1,565
And you come across as a bit of a c**t but we'll all just have to get along...I don't care if it's a hunting site or not..my point is the eating a live fish IMO is a shitty thing to do...I didn't say it should've been dragged through court or he should've been hung drawn and quartered, just that he was stupid enough to put it on the net so he's got to deal with the flak. People on here just pick and choose the shit they wanna rant about. The post the other week about the black girl that kicked jeremy vines bike got loads of attention purely cos she was black...all she did was have a moan and kick a f***ing bike but people wanted her deported, banged up and all the shit to go with it. This site is full of people that like to throw insults around and belittle other members if their opinions don't conform to what you believe in
