Ill most likely draw a blank here, but just thought id ask just in case. Does anyone know or will be breeding any pure saluki pups at some stage here in Ireland ?

There's a fella breeds good coursing types up in Sligo.......I believe he is quiet well known.

There was also a really nice looking saluki dog for sale on DD in Tuam

Yes, for most lads it would and in the passed i kept mostly saluki bred lurchers, but i like the breed, saluki a lot, all ways have, so just want one as a semi-pet come worker.

Would you know the one that is in navan, its breeding nans ?

I am not looking for an out an out worker, all i am looking for is a saluki, as a pet mainly and a bit of mooching.

I love the breed a lot and am not fussy, as long as its not fecked up mentally !

I would consider an older saluki, if it has not made the grade and would garantee it a good permanent home .

However, looking for a younger pup now, as older salukis can find it hard to adjust to new owners at times, not all, but most.

For that price and to come all that way ect, bit risky for me. But thanks for the link.
