Good old Bill. Stalwart. Best of the second rows ever. Bit of an ugly bugger. Apart from Jim, ( oh gosh, name drop), who is arguably uglier, or should I say battle scarred, shame that he's had to stoop so low. And in Wales to boot. Haha. Jok.

Well guys. Very happy days. My daughter just came indoors with my birthday present. A current team Scotland shirt to be signed, courtesy of my brother and a few non mentionable name drops.

. So come on you guys and I'll meet you under the stand at the Greenyards in Melrose, pen in hand. I'd possibly buy them all a drink. Jok.

Got a nagging feeling the Scots could get something out of the game, their front row seem to be steadier now after a few games together and Price seem to give them more of a go forward type service where Laidlaw almost pauses before passing, England need to find some form fast, our pack could be a bit under cooked after the non contest with Italy plus our backs seem a bit disjointed we could be up against it especially as we seem to need 20 minutes to realise the game has started.

Could be the game of the weekend.

Now that's the kind of positive thinking I enjoy. Totally agree but have to say that if the Auld Enemy wake up early enough this could be a barnstormer. Bet the Ref plays a big part though. Hope he's on it. Jok.

What's the weather forecast ?, I think England will dominate in the forwards and that will be enough,it's all well and good at Murray field but this weekend it's all about Twickenham I like the w ay the Scots have been playing rugby but they haven't the depth of the personalities of England jmo,

Ime looking forward to the Friday game very intriguing can Ireland perform in Cardiff or are the taffs coming off the ropes a real danger ,can't wait.

scotland have always produced a workmanlike pack, but this is the best back line for years, and they will certainly score if the forwards can compete throughout the game. personally i think england wil lhave just too much firepower up front, but you are right it has the makings of a terrific game

TC Im getting nervous now, Wales were the better team against England for 70 minutes there not as bad as people thing, think first 20 minutes will tell a lot about the game, Ireland agreed to close the roof because of the wind and rain, johnny Sexton only ever played under closed roof once, Wales are under pressure hope we play to our best or were fuucked enjoy.....
