Mister Gain 1,764
Whats cous - cous im no keen on anything ive never seen running about a field and cous -cous is one of them Couscous is a type of coarse semolina which normally accompanies Morrocan stews, and it is well suited to its purpose, an excellent carrier of flavours. Something I would like to try is 'smen', which is a fermented butter, whereas I normally use olive oil, which isn't really authentic. I need to restock so I will see if they sell smen as well. Tyla 3,179
Cous cous is brilliant with fish too. Grilled trout with salt, pepper and chilli flakes on a bed of Co op lemon and coriander cous cous doused in lemon juice is a favourite dinner in our house
