The interviews with Gina Miller cracked me up. Every time she was asked if she brought the case with the intention of overturning the referendum result, her voice would go up an octave as she started

Funny that Blair never had any trouble giving away our sovereign rights in return for his spell as eu leader,( which has fell flat on its face) yet ask for them back and we are made to jump through ho

The question asked of the British Public was "In or Out" the answer was Out. not maybe, not if, not but just a plain and simple OUT, article 50 should have been triggered immediately after that vote.

So long as snakes stay at home that day then it's all go

IMO May is doing a reasonable job and Parliament wont cause her too much of an issue. The hardcore Europhiles will try to make their stance for their delusion of democracy and justice but it'll not be enough.

I think it's a big win having the most powerful man on the planet supporting the British Gov's position!

PS I've just noticed that spellchecker tries to correct 'Europhile' to 'Pedophile'!

Any that try to block it should be sacked on the spot as it shows they ain't willing to work for the people

Worse case scenario it comes to that through a General Election. It's risky under our system but it's up to the UK Electorate to remember these problem MPs and hold them accountable at the ballot.

All this could have been avoided if the referendum had been made legally binding in the first place, (which would have required a vote in parliament as a matter of course). I was a remainer, but now I just wish they get on with it. There is no need for anymore delay!

I'm glad.. The whole thing was nothing more than an exercise in the rule of law having precedence over the elected government and the rule of law won. Now they can get on with it..

I don't understand why anyone thinks this is good. May will now have to negotiate with MPs as well as Brussels. It will get watered down because of this.

It shows our democracy to be a total joke, we were give a referendum, we were promised it would be final by Cameron and now this...

Of course I am not surprised.
