DogMan85 722
Been out of the dogs for a few years after owning Bull crosses in the past for the bigger stuff. An old friend had a Saluki/Bull/Greyhound that was a very good all-rounder. I'm thinking of getting a dog in the not too distant future, wondering what people's opinion is of the cross. I know it's down to the individual dog but would like some feedback. Cheers. Quote Link to post
roybo 2,873
The ones I've seen have been decent dogs , But as with anything,it can be good bad or indifferent, just because certain breeds are in there won't make it work a particular way . Do your home work that's the main thing. 1 Quote Link to post
Boristheblade 1,367
My favourite cross, if you get the best from both sides your onto a winner and will take all quarry with ease. 1 Quote Link to post

WILF 46,832
Be warned, they take fecking ages to mature......at least males do. I would say get one that throws a little more to the bull side. Jmho 1 Quote Link to post

NEWKID 27,159
Are they ok for ferreting? I can imagine they can be quite tall some of them Grey/Bull x Grey/Sal/Whip Showing decent enough promise at most aspects for me, been out with the ferrets from 3 or 4 months, still only young but I'm happy enough with her progress, lamping, daytime mooching about and ferreting. Also she's a very nice dog to have about, lovely temperament with other dogs, people etc.. 9 Quote Link to post
