trappa 518
Anyone on here use on of those copper bracelets to help with arthritis pain? Ive been getting a pain in my knuckles and finger joints for a year or so now, im thinking it might be arthritis creeping in. Setting traps etc isnt too bad but my fingers are aching more and more. Was thinking i might buy one of those copper bracelets, see if it can help. Anyone?

Blackbriar 8,569
The is just my understanding - I don't know if there's any truth in it, but it's one of those things I remember hearing many years ago..... Arthritis is associated with a deficiency of copper in the bloodstream, so if you're wrist goes green, you're are absorbing the copper oxide that you're lacking. As I said, I don't know if it's true but, if you're in pain, anything's worth a try.
Blackbriar 8,569
If it's any help, my wife suffers with chronic, debilitating pain. She uses a thing called Actipatch - they last a month, 20 quid each and it's helped her where every drug known to medicine has failed. They were doing a free one week trial sample, but I don't know if it's still on - Professor Google will tell you !
