ratbuster 808
This one I made for a friend in the UK, called it " the Jägermeister " because of the boar pin on the handle. Made of an antler grip with a cherry fork.
poachers apprentice 136
PA you're right, the right one is an antler fork with a hazel grip. It's hard to find antler with nice forks like that ? Your work ?
ratbuster 808
Yep, was lucky to find some old antlers in a bricabrac shop which fitted in nicely. Connection made with threaded bar between antler and wood, epoxied it in, really strong. Don't see that many good (equally formed forks) antler, so have been lucky finding them.
