P.s Look into what windows 10 does by default lol.....even a simple search for a file on your own PC goes via a server in the US....dodgy as hell.

 

The government doesn't have to spy on it's populations, there are millions of easily offended 'useful idiots' who will do their work for them. Grassing people up for whatever.....we don't need a spying machine, we just need an email from someone who got offended, they can then check their online activity and thanks to the new laws prosecute with ease and no need for detectives
