micky 3,325 Posted January 14, 2017 Report Share Posted January 14, 2017 most of the people who cause trouble are drunks, nutters , and drug users in the old days they just shipped them of to the nut house for thirty days and that was that, nowdays most of the nut houses are closed so they end up atA&E and the police are happy with that.
