lurcher-lass that website is the biggest crock of s**t i have seen in a long time i mean there is posts on there and you saying that whippets are s**t and they are only good for showing what a load of shite, full of wannabees :D and i have seen 4 dogs the same as yours run and thay are poo 8)

no not really.... i have already told you i wont be going back on you have just made up a website between you and your little buddies and you havent a clue between you all how can you slate whippets when you have not owned one or seen a decent one run YOU CARNT. thats whats got on my tits :yes: personally i cudent care about the website at all but why post something like that if you have no experience in keeping a whippet or even seeing a decent one work. i think your the imature one with comments like there shit thay should only be used for show dogs :blink: i think thats all i have to say and good luck with the website :thumbs:

Just had a look on "Hunting chat"

Is it some kind of THL for birds?

All the moderators have the word lass in their titles - Lurcherlass, Longstone lass or even lady hunter.

First impressions - a lot of duplicate posting from this site B)

Before you know it, there will be a baking or soft furnishings section in there. :blink:

Also, does the site founder realise that she has taken the same name as a more established forum with round 3000 members - huntingchat.net??? :oops:

Well David,I am a Mod on the forum,and I certainly aint no Lass!I've worked ferrets dogs and have shot all of my life(49) and,the one thing that is good about the forum is that we very rarely have any stupid/nasty bickering posts.I do actually own a whippet,and,if anyone told me they were shit or that they didn't rate them,then that is their opinion,and,I certainly wouldn't get all bent out of shape like that young boy.....Whippet summat(who has seen fit to change his name to ray mears for some reason???)As far as duplicate posts from thl then you are right because I for one post on a number of sites,so,if it appears on thl then it will also appear on hunting chat and a number of others,and,I fail to see what is wrong with that.

I personally think,that for a small site that we are doing well,but,I will always use the other sites that I normally do as variety is the spice of life,and,even THL does get a bit repetitive from time to time,and that is the nature of these forums.I hope you can all see yourselves fity to have a proprer look at the forum and to make up your own minds about it,and not just follow the words of some little boy that is still wet behind the ears..............good hunting...........martin. :thumbs:

martin is right the young girl has done well to put up the site i know her in person and just lives 15 mins from me her dad has been in the hunting game alot longer than most of the people on this site and her and her sisters have been brought up with lurchers terriers ferrets hawks gundogs all her life and knows a fair bit about hunting and i cant beleave that fully grown men are making fun of a young girl saying her site is no good they sould be ashamed of themselves. keep at it lurcher lass
