DogFox123 1,379
Well every greyhound I've owned certainly didn't lack gameness ....... A dog that is not bred for gameness will have it's limits, we both know for a fact they would quit in the right circumstances. Quote Link to post

Chasing a motorised hare that there never gonna catch time after time after time I'd imagine if one knew he could get some fur in his mouth there wouldn't be much to stop him. Just my opinion tho. 1 Quote Link to post

roybo 2,873
I think we need definition of the word game again lol. It generally means different things to different people. I've heard 10 week old pups described as "game" when they probably mean full of beans a bit of a live wire. But in the context of pitbulls I doubt there are many lurchers that would be "game" 3 Quote Link to post

What I'm saying is for a dog to run flat out after something it's never gonna catch time after time after time id imagine if you got one catching something it would go through a wall to get its game if that makes sense. It's a fact that they won't take as much punishment as a decent Bull cross though and if you get a first cross Bull/Greyhound jacking on fox then it's time to say goodbye IMO. Quote Link to post

He also said a lot of them are that stupid (I'd say singleminded) that it doesn't cross there mind for there arse to drop out if there not getting it all there own way with there prey. He said they might run out of steam but they can surprise you with what they'll take on. Edited January 11, 2017 by C.green Quote Link to post
