Hopley89 31
Hi all and happy new year, i went back out on my permission today and noticed the sheep had split my feeder in 3 pieces, the same feeder has been in the same place for weeks and they haven't touched it but all off a sudden they have emptied it?? what can i do to stop this? as i don't want to be wasting money on feed for sheep
bell 3,591
Stick in 4 posts and a bit of pig wire round it, birds will still get through.

mr huntsman 3
as above four posts and sheep fence put it on upside down with bigger holes on bottom we had same problem a few years ago when we mixed bird puller with wheat they were after the aniseed
Hopley89 31
i think it's because of the aniseed they are after it, i hope none of the sheep die from it but there wasn't much left in the feeder as i checked the recorder i have no put a fence around it 1m x 1m with feeder in the middle so the pheasants can get in but no sheep, thanks for the help chaps
mr huntsman 3
i have stopped using bird pouler as it attracted the sheep and didn't seem to make a difference to the amount of birds about
