pj1967 2
I make all my poles out of hazel. there free and ive never had 1 break. Wouldnt dream of buying them. also if you use 4z netting your gonna get a lot of tangles use 6z & though its rare 8z would be better still. Quote Link to post

lifelong cumbrian 1,826
not a bad price http://cgi.ebay.co.u...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT and plenty camping shops have second hand fibreglass poles cheap I bought some of this netting last year. It is very good for price, it does not have a double thinkness top and bottom. While this is good i bought some 6z netting from Masterhunter and it is a softer more manageable nylon. The ebay stuff was £28 for 150yds with no draw line, Masterhunters was £62 for 200yds with good quality draw line also has double thickness top and bottom, so by the time you buy the drawcord and with Masterhunter you are getting 50yds extra net thete is not a lot of difference. Personaly while the ebay stuff is good i would rather pay that little extra for Masterhunters net. Just my personal opinion. Quote Link to post
