The link to bbs and mark 2 97... he says its a 1995 model but its level ended!

 

Cant work out why mine be 2001 by serial no??? Like you say, early barrel late serial no.

 

I dont think 'its a bitsa'.

 

In the 77 stock it feels nice to hold and that i did the stippling not the best but good enough. (Done with 6" nail) but i had to add an inch of wood at the rear for a better trigger pull length.

Whatever it is FF, I am pleased you are spending time with it.

Now make sure you really get to know it and whatever you do.... don't get another gun. Stick with this one.

 

On here, myself included, are though weak souls that can't help buying guns. Novelty, desire, I don't know what it is.

Each different gun dilutes your skill. Another hold position, another recoil to learn. Another 'how do I load this in....position, or in the dark, or...

 

So stick with that one, and leave the Freeads and For Sale section alone. And Ignore that Jimmy bloke who says it has to be an HW100 and then....
