TOMO 26,125
There's signs with running dogs with lines through like no smoking on sides of roads etc. where did you see those,,,ive driven all over france and not seen any,,,ive herd difering storys from lads going over,,,some have just been told to clear off by cops,,,and one story where the dog was shot there and then by the cops...i dont know how true these storys are though Quote Link to post
jigsaw 11,863
there has been some very traumatic moments for dog runners there of late I believe, cars smashed, a certain well known person attacked by a farmer with a machette but that was in Holland.I believe they dont thread softly when it does come down, and if it does your a long way from home lol..Id think a bit longer on this and be as certain as can be you try make it out and back without serious distress lol Edited December 28, 2016 by jigsaw 1 Quote Link to post
TOMO 26,125
i bet they did,,would put me off as well,,,ive pulled in to a good few of those aires,,as they call them,,,the big laybys for having a rest well off the motorway,,,and thought to myself would love to walk these fields off,,motorways in france seem far safer than here,,,6 foot mesh fence all the way along them,,and wildlife bridges over them Quote Link to post
NEWSBOY 306
Dont think french farmers would take to subaru's full of chavs driving the fields off. Edited December 28, 2016 by NEWSBOY Quote Link to post

FUJI 17,288
There's loads of hares overthere, for a motor,3 lads & 3 dogs you can go for less than £200 return..If your prepared to run the gauntlet, get your dogs out of their comfort zone & fancy frogs legs for your dinner then go ahead and do it..If the thought of being interviewed by the French gendamarie scares the living daylights out of you then just stay put, walk your dog on the leash in the local park & read the countryman's weekly & the let's see your bull x topics on here ? 4 Quote Link to post

SheepChaser 8,083
It stumps me why you'd travel all that way to chase a scabby hare about a big flat field and get hassled by the cops, when you can do the same here, only it's less far to walk home when your tyres get slashed. If I was going to travel over there I'd want a bit more than a big rabbit. 1 Quote Link to post
