Rabid 1,936
Well after a lot of thought I dropped into a gunshop today to have a look at a wildcat, never held one before, so got it in my hands and god it felt so right, I did notice a couple of minor marks from it been on the shelf, due to the marks he agreed £900, a spare mag and pair of sealskin camo gloves, money handed over and off I went with my new toy. Just wish I could post some pics on here for you all to take the piss ! Tomorrow is testing day, looking forward to seeing how it groups. 3 Quote Link to post

Rabid 1,936
It's in .22, and no it's not the laminate one, I got a good price on this one so it came away with me, the intention was to have a look, get a feel of it and see if I liked them, it just felt so right in the shoulder. Those pulsars are bloody heavy, my mate has the renegade and that is a hefty lump, I was impressed how light the wildcat is, you could stand for hours with it and feel no strain. 2 Quote Link to post
Jonjon79 13,358
Nice one Rabid, I'm holding out for a Pulsar I think ? Ooh mate, I dunno about that ... Each to their own and all that but, really, try before you buy. I tried a Pulsar before I bought my GSX100. Pulsars are nice but, they're loaded with technology which, in my humble opinion, will be a good thing when Daystate get it right If you're hell bent on on a bullpup and you're looking at that budget, have a look at a Cricket ..... They're very accurate and built like a tank. I wish I'd never sold mine. 2 Quote Link to post

I had a feel of the Renegade which is the same gun but without the electronics, it does feel a little on the heavier side, however I thought the balance and weight distribution once in the shoulder felt great? 2 Quote Link to post
