DogFox123 1,379 Posted December 27, 2016 Report Share Posted December 27, 2016 Only way I managed to loose weight was to stick to 1300 calories a day and weigh my chicken and other foods and write it down ..it toak a while to loose I was loosing 1lb per week . I don't do exercise stuff I found walking and pottering round doing my jobs was enough. Once I got my head round the more protein less carbs concept it kind of made sense The diet is much easier to lose weight then exercise. It takes 30 seconds to eat a bar of chocolate but it's much more work to burn it off... Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I enjoy my food and ale which is why my wheight yoyos. I am all or nothing type. It may be a personality defect I dont know. I am now at my biggest ever and have decided enough is enough. I am getting on it from 3rd Jan , when I start back at work, and returning to where I should be. Trim, fit, healthy etc. This will remain until July heat wave when it will be bbqs and beer all week!!! 5 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
