Whippet X Greyhound Bad Points

What are people's opinions of the bad points on this cross.

Some Ive seen have thin pads,but are nice dogs with a lot, if not too much speed.A bit suicidal on rabbits.

Get what you put in so no bad points but a recognition of where the breeding excels and where it can't be expected to excel ie will have lots of speed but the faster the dog runs the quicker it will run out of stamina etc. Horses for courses, make good speed machines with stamina restricted by that speed so not a salute lol.

You talking about first crosses or the non ped whippet/greyhound types as their can be a mile of difference regarding stamina between the two from those I have seen.

Fast exciting dogs to watch seen them ferret/lamp and take a hare or two local. ive seen 1 that lasted well work wise and a few others that broke their owners hearts injury wise.

I've got a whippet bull greyhound I know it's not straight whippet greyhound but honestly I really do have to pick and choose my runs with her cause she doesn't know when to slow down or stop it's just bend or die with her but she no world beater but she's keeps me on my toes
