So what's the craic then lads do we stop posting on the hunting forums for fear of someone bieng offended ?

 

This ain't for the moderators this is aimed towards lads like myself who enjoy reading other people posts and the different terrains and what other lads get upto. So has the time now come to stop posting any outings on sites like these and just keep it to a close few ?

We have to sanitise every aspect of our hunting lifes now,its not something i personally find any sort of satisfaction with,id much rather post a truer representation of a days endeavour.The facts are our truest intents will be picked over,scrutinised,manipulated and basterdised into something the ANTIS are comfortable to hang us with,the average Anti owns a tad more nous than the feckwits that pollute our ranks,FACT.We can still post,we can still enjoy the posts of our hunting companions and read the post for what it should be.The more ammo we throw the antis way the more of us end up in the firing line.Read through the posts and add a little poetic licence of your own making to get the gist of many a thread.

Thing is why take pictures in the first place of illegal game ? And put them on sites like this for the world to see saying shot and retrieved. If the o.b come nocking and you didn't own a gun or know someone with one who could lie for you your f****d. Put pics up of legal game and keep your self and dogs safe from getting a nock on the door because we all say we wouldnt get a nock of police but you never know who's watching or talking. I never take pictures of any thing not even rabbits but its all saved in my memory just were it will forever stay.

Nothing needs clarification walshie im asking lads that put posts up whether it worth doing so the hunting ban has no effect on my hunting and 100s of others up and down the country.if it was overturned tomorrow it wouldn't change the way I personally hunt ??

I agree with you mate I understands don't bring the attention to yourself but there is so many loopholes in the law, a law posting a photo of a dead hare saying shot and retrieved gets a warning and spoke to like s shot by a mod, mod or no mod I garuntee how they talk to people on here wouldn't say a word to anyone on the outside, if the lad has said shot ant retrieved who are we to say he's lieing just because he hasn't got a gun in the back photo? I personally couldn't care a flying f**k if it's that big of an issue let the police do the investigating, I'm sure all receive a load of abuse now of the brown nosers that one day hope to be a mod themselves haha

Okay I garuntee you'd only say something once to my face I'm fully aware of the law and I agree certain things should be kept to ourselves but there's certain ways of talking to people that's what im trying to say...
