My boss still took me on even tho we live in a small town Nd everybody would know . I failed my GCSES, drugs were rife in school and where I lived (including heroine) and there was a bad recession in the 80s. It was a miracle I ended up with a degree and proper job Partly luck but also I made my own luck but then those kids are no different, good on them for trying and especially good on the OP and others for hiring them....seriously you deserve a lot of credit Quote Link to post Share on other sites
