My mate took 2 brothers on both were a bit naughty one quit the same day the other put his head down and now is a very good landscaper who's going on his own a big risk with a young baby but any help or jobs I or my mate can give him he will get he's proved a lot wrong and fair play to him he has stepped to the mark unlike his brother who's on remand

If lads like him don't get a chance then they've no chance.

Know a few lads who learned by their mistakes and I'd trust them 100%.

after reading this just a thought i had

Maybe those whove learnt from their mistakes know the outcome if they fail again and that spurs them on to never make that same mistake again

Yep, I made a million mistakes, went to a crap school. I failed my GCSES, drugs were rife in school and where I lived (including heroine) and there was a bad recession in the 80s. It was a miracle I ended up with a degree and proper job :)

Partly luck but also I made my own luck but then those kids are no different, good on them for trying and especially good on the OP and others for hiring them....seriously you deserve a lot of credit
