Onlyworkmatters 1,584
2 beers a day or 2 fags ? How many people who smoke can keep it down to 2 a day, I gave up smoking 13 yrs ago, I'd love to have an odd ciggie but I know I'd be back to 30 a day within weeks of starting back up

Gaz_1989 9,539
I think it depends on the person? My missus has got an auntie who's smoked 30 a day for 50 years. Other's would have lung cancer in half that time. Unless it's just down to luck? My nan was the healthiest person I've ever known. Didn't drink or smoke. Lived on fruit, veg, lean meat, all home cooked and mostly home grown, never processed or shop brought meals. Died at 52 with stomach cancer.

Mister Gain 1,764
My mother-in-law is 83, smoked since early teens and is still doing 30+ a day, and I've known her over 41 years and she has always liked a drink and she still shifts plenty of vodka each week. Unbelievable.
