The enemy of pet and working dog owners have this dog.   Dont give them ideas or ammo.   The aRSePCA will be watching this thread waiting for a lead.   If you dont know, dont ask.

I am amazed that B+F has not condemned the RSPCA on their continuous accusations that their product is used in so called "Badger Baiting". Designs such as these are invaluable in the saving of countle

But how is it bad news?? If this bellman thing is after coming to light? It seems to me u can't start any thread on here no more cause it upsets somebody.this is a picture that's on all social media.a

Rung B and F and they declined to comment !!!!

at least you were first to ring and have the balls to find out for real the next step I would do bud is ring on private and tell them you are from rspca and would like to trace an owner of a lost and found pouch. I would do this myself but fortunately we are working legally in Eire and have nothing to hide so ispca can go fcuk

The British boys are also working their terriers within the law but they have the same problem we have and that is that if you're seen with terriers in the countryside you might be accused of Badger hunting.

Bellman and Flint collars are for finding dogs, nothing more nothing less but unfortunately the antis are lying and saying that they're a vital tool in a Badger baiters tool kit.

And unfortunately too a lot of the posts on this thread imply we are trying to hide something.

Hopefully B and F will clear up the matter.

After all we're all in the same boat and that is to ensure we bring home the dogs we brought out in the first place.

Rung B and F and they declined to comment !!!!

Did you make them aware of this debate FD ?[/quote

No mate ,but got the feeling they already knew .I asked if my details were likely to be passed on to a third party without my consent to which she asked for my name which I declined, was put on hold for her to come back saying they have to decline to comment on the issue to which I laughed and they hung up .Not what I wanted to hear .I've had issues with them in the past regarding lost box so never gave my name.Anybody knowing Clive Rees well might shed light on any legalities surrounding such a disclosure as I'm sure they are in breach of confidentiality laws.

The story Ive said about a lad I know is totally true. At the end of the day B&F are a business and it makes sense that every product they sell that they will keep the buyers details so they can advertise to them in the future. I haven't bought anything from them with my details for over 10 yrs and I still get booklets etc from them. Same as EDRD. I get leaflets etc from that and I last subscribed in '07.

I'd imagine they'd have no choice but to give details to police with a warrant but to give out details to a charity would, without doubt, be illegal .

As you say, you suspect she already knew why you'd rang and hopefully they'll sort things out.

At the end of the day there's other terrier finders out there so Bellman and Flint need us more than we need them.

are they not an avalaunche rescue system--probably the same as if they found a skeleton with a tracker on-they just pass on the details

you are bang on Neil the same goes if some poor sod has 3 sore dogs in his care after an accident by kennel fight and is incriminated for something that doesn't normally but can happen and they can be accused of a crime when they were on the way for a vet and a profitable organisation can accuse them in the wrong is disappointing and shame on b+f for helping convict someone in the wrong I'm finished with that company and they are shedding bad publicity on honest working terriers and men in the legal pursuit of pest control. Badger digging is a thing of the past like shooting corncrakes and to accuse somebody when protecting livestock or fowl from an invading fox is absurd. These groups are living in la la land. I hope someone that has been wrongfully convicted can prove this in court and end this vicious circle of lies for a bit of fundraising.
