Probably the lad hasn't a clue what badger baiting is! Terrified he would lose his terrier down some rabbit hole out walking decided to buy a collar in case of a mishap!

Someones wife or girlfriend should put a comment on aRSePCA page how these collars are also used in legitimate pest control when bolting foxes to guns that's what I use mine for. After all the hunting act states they have to be used to minimise the length of time the terrier is in the ground so if need be it can be rescued

There f***ing mental cases.2 lads I know got stopped and searched.then arrested on suspicion of going equipt for badger baiting.all they had was bar couple shovels and 4 Jack Russell's.they were simply going ratting .the coppers got tipped off by a nosey c**t at the local garage.good news was no charges we brought.pathetic.

I know a lot of regular owners that put locator collars on their dogs in case they run off whilst walking. What's happened to that dogs face probably happened whilst the RSPCA had it. Theyve been known for it in the past.

The appeal mentions nothing about how they got the dog, it says it "suggests" badger baiting, again a serious accusation without any proof, they run about tossing allegations every diresction but the have f**k all to back it up! plus watched a programme about the rspca a few weeks back, there's a wee scouse b*****d who works for them thinks he's CID or something, cheeky wee c**t, called to my door like that I would slap the head if him then set the van on fire!

This was on my doorstep within the area i live .. Apparently so ive read on facebook the dog was taken in a raid and they have done the sob story for funding hence the collar etc

Personally I'd say a responsible owner was exercising their terrier with a collar on and the terrier ran off.

Unfortunately for us and fortunately for the RSPCA Nazis the terrier has old scars.

There's no point in going forward with this thread as that terrier is already dead and the Nazis are just looking for a conviction.
