Wtf Is This On Rabbits Back ?

Dog caught this rabbit today and when I picked it up i thought it was saliva from dogs mouth until i wiped it and realized it was some sort of fatty white goop of unknown description..it felt like a hard lump under the skin and was not like a tapeworm sack with little rice like segments inside it..the stuff inside was like glue.. Any clues ? I think some sort of cyst or tumor .

Its like a abscess to me as well you could see the mark, puncture wound on the rabbit like where something got a hold of it where the pus was coming from , i wish you had of skinned it you had a pair of gloves on .
