Bull Whipet

Looming a buying a pup i do a lot of ferriting and want something for lanping! A mate told me to look at a first cross bull whippet nice and small but with a bit of power but not sure! i like the look of them just wondering if any body has advice or knows abit about them!

I've got a 1/4 bull 3/4 whippet pup at 7 months old and so far is proving to be biddable and tough but with a decent level of speed.Mine doesn't seem to feel the cold to much and would go all day if I let him.

Any pics hedgecrawler like the sound of them Defo think my next dog would be one of these seen a bloke walking one other week it looked a fine animal

Hi mate, my brother in law has 1/2 cross bull whippet and he is very slow compared to my lurchers. If that's a cross you like would definitely look for 3/4 whippet bull. Good luck with your search.

ive a 1/4 bull 3/4 whippet. keen as you'd get. marks for ferrets 100%. sh1t on the lamp though as i dont do enough with her

Thanks for the advice people! Are they genrally sh*t on lamp? As i will be doing as much lamping as ferriting really get a good number of days of work so will be out 4 days a week or nights!really thanks for the replys

Not that i know of. just depends on the dog. i dont get out lamping much and cause shes young she is really exciteable n doesnt run down the beam to squaters. just inexperiance.
