Greyhound Running Oil

After the post I posted the other day about my dog not performing like normal I got in contact with a bone man/lady she is coming down over the weekend but I whent this afternoon to a greyhound racing kennels a spoke to a friend off my dad's and he recommend a oil that you run in to your dogs muscles befor and after a trip out I was just woundering if anyone has used this is using this

Good stuff when its cold, it simular to white horse oil whitch is also good but smells worse.

 

Keeps the muscles worm bit like deep heat so helps prevent muscle soreness or injuries.. in

He gave a number for a man that dose it in 5 litre bottles would that be right ? Do you use it your self slip lead

Used it now and again on Lurchers ...used it all the time on the non ped racers afore a race

Used it years ago and didn't mind the smell at all, it's just a massaging embrocation, mainly used after the dog as had a run to keep the muscles supple

If your dogs are under performing a muscle balm isn't going to make any difference at all .....

Used properly a liniment is good stuff to use as part of conditioning / maintenance etc, Alco Ectolin is a good one if you can get it, but no liniment is going to do much for an unfit, or unwell dog
