Wxm 1,638
Just passed my test last week and needed a 7 seater so picked up a Renault espace expression 2.0t petrol and it seems a thirsty old girl .. or it's the fact I've come from a 125 scooter ? Anyone recommend a 7 seater with good mpg that the back seats seats come out to make it like a van ideally or with a good size boot ? Thanks in advance
lurchers 2,875
Vauxhall zafiras are good for that but my RAV4 the seats come out like a van and good on fuel if you get the diesel one.

walshie 2,804
I'd think anything would seem juicy after a scooter. What mpg are you getting?

dogmad riley 1,347
Land Rover discovery, 7 seats, 4x4 I wouldn't touch a Vauxhall especially if it has the 2.0 dti engine.

Blackbriar 8,569
We've had a Zafira Tourer (diesel) for about 6 months now. Overall average is around 35 mpg around town but on the motorway up to 60. We have an auto, so it's probably a bit juicier than a manual, too. The Flex seating folds then pushes down flat, so no need to take the seats out, either. With the seats down, the back is cavernous !

We now got a Toyota Lucida 8 seater be 2 years next May we had it nice comfy car ,and goes through tank of diesel a week doing about 200 mile school run and popping up town. They only got small tanks 3/4 tank is 50 notes at 1.20 litre.
