7 Seaters ??

Recommended Posts

Just passed my test last week and needed a 7 seater so picked up a Renault espace expression 2.0t petrol and it seems a thirsty old girl .. or it's the fact I've come from a 125 scooter ?

Anyone recommend a 7 seater with good mpg that the back seats seats come out to make it like a van ideally or with a good size boot ?

Thanks in advance

We've had a Zafira Tourer (diesel) for about 6 months now.

Overall average is around 35 mpg around town but on the motorway up to 60. We have an auto, so it's probably a bit juicier than a manual, too.

The Flex seating folds then pushes down flat, so no need to take the seats out, either. With the seats down, the back is cavernous !

just get one of them Peugeot partner type vans with the seats and windows in, basic 1.9 diesel pulls like a train 50ish mpg and cheap spares everywhere,

Yeah but they not 7 seaters are they, I think buying the Renault the fuel economy will be your last worry.they are a terrible for engine and electrical problems see loads spares or repairs.we had a Peugeot 806 with the hdi ,it was cheap to run but it's hard finding a tidy one now same with Citroen synergie. We now got a Toyota Lucida 8 seater be 2 years next May we had it nice comfy car ,and goes through tank of diesel a week doing about 200 mile school run and popping up town. They only got small tanks 3/4 tank is 50 notes at 1.20 litre.
