years ago I was shooting hinds dropped a hind dropped a calf and another hind about 6 ft to the left jumped ...I knew straight away it had taken a ricochet....luckily managed to shoot it in the back of the head as they ran off or it could of suffered all part and parcel of the game no matter how carefull you are . You hear it all the time with .22 shooting rabbits in the head and the bullet whizzing in the air
