pianoman 3,587
Why not just buy a Nikon and have done with it??? I have a Nikon Fieldmaster 6-18x40 currently mounted to my FAC HW80 .22 and it's a beauty of a scope. It features a very fine reticle cross-hair centering into a tiny dot. It offers an uncluttered, amazingly clear sightpicture with a phenominally accurate zero, right onto the centre dot at 35-metres range. I shoot with it just like any 30/30 reticle. This particular Nikon model is not cheap at over £400 but, when I compare it to cheaper scopes that have died a death on such a powerful, recoiling spring rifle it's proved a bargain! I'd certainly buy another Nikkon if need be. 1 Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
I have a Prostaff 3-9x50 BDC reticule on my .243 it is quite superb, I also have Nikon binoculars, I have said it before and no doubt will again, how Nikon produce the superb quality goods they do for the price is a mystery. 1 Quote Link to post
