stubby 175
they have gone up!!!! got one of these (like many others) around this time last year from lidl at £99 and they are bloody good units, used mine the other night, whilst out with magwitch would like to try it on the end of a telescopic, if anyone knows a way of mating them together may need to run a seperate IR on it, as the inbuilt one is fine to about 50yds, gets my thumbs up
Guest JohnGalway
You can get a lens to increase the magnification to 5x, google lens doubler and NV-NOW I think, I emailed Bresser and they said it'd fit.

apollo 9
did i here some where that you can get a black filter to go on a lamp that will eluminate when you use one of these
Guest oldskool
you can buy a black filter with the laserlight for about £30 out of carters https://www.arthurcarteruradshop.co.uk/shop...ucts.asp?page=3 if you buy one of the old cam corders with night vision apparently they are just as good as any monocular when coupled with the infra red filter that fits to the lamp

Guest JohnGalway
Lads over on PW got the Bressers last year. After some experimenting they got them working with IR filtered lamps. There is a trick to this. Say you are using the NV and I'm pointing the lamp, you won't see eyes show up at night. But, if you use the NV unit and the IR source along the same line, it'll show eyes.
