DogFox123 1,379
I know most find the sport boring but did anyone see that race from young Verstappen??? The boy is out of this world, he was absolutely amazing today.
Moja 111
Yeah was a good bit of skill on his part, deserved to be driver of the day!
DogFox123 1,379
Yeah was a good bit of skill on his part, deserved to be driver of the day! I don't know about that one though, he nearly crashed out whereas Hamilton didn't put a foot wrong. The kid is a legend in the making without a doubt, scary thing is he's around 3 years younger now than Hamilton was when he made his debut.
Moja 111
Yeah I know Hamilton done well kept the right gap out in front, but no spray to condend with really sticking to the racing line, the young was all over it looking for grip over taking in the inside outside pitted again to come out in 14 15th and hammer back through, to me he did deserve the driver of the day, I would of like to Perez on the podium also
pesky1972 5,319
Hamilton is usually a class above in the wet, Verstappen looks to be the same. Pity Red Bull's gamble on inters didn't pay off or I think both their cars would have got in front of Rosberg and really put pressure on him.

Yep the gods are definitely on Nico's side this year, nothing can go wrong for him this year. Shame Hamilton has lost it due to factors out of his own hands.

The move he pulled on Rosberg was unreal.
The Seeker 3,048
Not a fan of verstappen but I have to admit he drove out of his skin today, touching to see Massa say goodbye also.
taz2010 1,297
he was catching many but never gained any time on hamilton and he was taking it easy by all accounts so he looked good against some but not others
DogFox123 1,379
Let's not forget he also had fresh wet tyres but the standout point is Ricciardo who is rated in the top 3 pitted at around the same time and was left for dead by Max, once in a generation drive that surely. lanesra 3,994
Verstappen could be the reason F1 makes a sort of come back as he actually gets you out of your seat . . He doesn't give a toss about names , if your in his way your his prey so too speak !!

I guess he will change his tactics if he is in a title hunt but we can make the most of it while it lasts.

Bet he's not the most popular in the paddock
bracken boy 584
Awesome driving by mad max, it was scary driving conditions but he and Lewis almost made it look easy which it wasn't.
DogFox123 1,379
The Red Bull has been pretty close to the Mercedes especially in the second half of the season. Next year I've got a feeling they will be the team to beat with the new regulations and the big increase in downforce.
