Blackbriar 8,569
We just moved back to the front of the queue for a US-UK trade deal....... Marine Le Pen and Geert Wilders are overjoyed, Merkel has AfD breathing down her neck. Trump's victory might have signed the death warrant on the EU.....fingers crossed !

WILF 47,255
Buzzing ! Buzzing as in . Or buzzing as in ? TC I think this may just turn out to be a momentous year, first the UK vote to free itself and now the leader of the free world doing likewise.......I hope it starts the death process of our warped political system and get back to a place where ordinary citizens matter more than the number on their tax form. I hope it sends a clear sign to the politicians that we are sick of being treated like f***ing animals.
mattyg 1,862
Bill has tried to cheer Hillary up this morning by telling her nelson Mandela served 27 years and he still became president! Also not heard a lot from wee Jimmy krankie yet, Maybe she is thinking of a way to get Scotland involved in a second vote as nobody in Scotland voted for trump! stevo79 569
At the end of the day the people have spoken in both the UK and the U.S we've taken control. Politicians have proved they can't run things. It's time for change and I think it's a big day for the whole world. ??

beast 1,884
So once again we see establishment politicians reaping the whirlwind. Continued failure to take any notice of the electorate has led to the only kind of lawful revolution open to the proletariat, which is to take ANY possible alternative. For Trump read Brexit; for Clinton read Blair/Cameron/Corbyn etc. Until they start to remember that they should be representing us, not telling us what to do, politicians will continue to get unpleasant surprises. And in my opinion, they deserve to.
