Yeah it was all fiat bits. 1st day I got it I travelled up my brothers as their was a 4x4 course in the woods (near Woburn) where he had permission so we had some crack around there by night, I couldnt believe what it could do tbh. So.. travelled back to mine and hit the pressure washer at the garage, id only bottomed out the back end and left me number plate thingy on the 4x4 course! Was a great little motor for single handed lamping. But thirsty as being permanent 4x4, think they done a 1.9 peugot diesel one bit later.

1st airgun lamping motor was a mk1 fiesta, no rabbit on a roundabout was safe.

Was it top gear that showed a pig farmer driving a niva along a track. Some had fiat twin cam engines dropped in them lol the mahindra jeeps had pug diesels ,the electrics were horrible on them. they had a big ball of wires an scotch blocks on the back used to collect the mud then drop down an rip out.

I remember getting pulled by plod in Wales, four of us and two handcock mutts in a mk2 escort 1600 sport and airguns in boot. The copper for some reason phoned my mates dad and told him what we was up too, we was only in our teens and my mate got a bollocking when we got back lol. Another time I had a fiesta that was insured as a 1.1 but had a xr2 engine and body kit on the works lol I was only about 19ish and got pulled about an hour away from home lamping, the copper went over the car and I had two very bald tyres with radiels coming through and no MOT. He gave us a bollocking and told me to get the dogs rabbits and the peace of shit car home rapid and into a garage the next day, with a ticking off down my ear. Imagine that today, would be a different story lol. ATB the hoff

He was a mates dog dodger, I watched him a lot. Was decent dog that like the pearly whites.

And I had an old sherper van lol. It was a right shed, it stank rotten and we used it for away trips up Scotland. It drove like a right pile of shit lol, you had to juggle the steering wheel just to keep it in a straight line. Will see if I can dig a old pic out of it somewhere Atb
