Ferret Dry Food

Has probably been answered 100 times before but...

 

Which is best are they wll pretty much the same?

 

Went out with the kids to a few pet shops today, to mainly check and get some dry food.

One shop does their own brand and jw (bets @ gnome) another does their own brand (hollies), then theres that auction site (fleamay),

 

Is there any to stay away from or to get please?

I have tried a few dried feeds but i find mine like Alpha Ferret Feast the best.Though now the flies are thinning out they are getting more raw meat but i still top them up with the dry food now and again.

The ones right you know most lads keep a bag of dry for backup same as dogs them teeth are for tearing meat up atb Flacko

Oh i know...

I alaays put abit of dry food in too,

They are on rabbit on the weekend and chicks (they love them) during the week, i put a crow in there last night, but i dont think they like it. ???

About 3 weeks the last bag lasted.i allways leave a bowl full in the run with them and they get rabbit.minced beef.whole mackeral.i dont feed much meat in the summer only small bits at night time.

But once the flies and wasps die off.

They will get more meat.

Ive got 1 big hob.1 big jill.and 2 smallish jills.

I feed meat in a run on the lawn mornings and then a small bowl of Wellbelove or Alpha in the hutch, also a dap of malt paste.
