Do you make pies for the family at Christmas too, like the left-over turkey or what have you? There's a right good book of recipes here among you lads that can make a good pie. I've eaten well, all over the world and nothing, NOTHING beats a cracking good english-made pork pie or a steak pie with a buttery cream mashed potato and a rich ale and onion gravy.
