My dads been on about it for a while and got some recdently . Think his is something he puts under his tounge . Hes usually pretty beat up , bad back , bad ankles . All from a lifetime of manual work and pissing about . My mother reckons its given him a new lease of life . Not sure if its the placebo effect but hes going good on them.
