Within a few more generations christians number will continue to drop as more and more scientific advances are made leading to kids questioning the outdated drivel their religious nutcase parents are polluting their heads with.

Religion is for people who aren't clever enough to understand science

Im not adding fuel to the fire here but science is mainly based on theory. For example Einstein came up with the whole gravity theory (which I'm not saying as wrong) and many other scientists have given supporting evidence. This doesn't not mean that his theory is 100% correct. Science and the bible are very similar both provided theory and many followers provide evidence it's just which one you believe

 

 

Science theories are constantly questioned by scientists, religious people have no theory, they have belief in something that has zero evidence that it is true.

There is no way you can compare a story book to masses of scientific evidence, it is utterly absurd to even compare the two.

It's like people are too daft to understand science so they put it on a level field with beliefs that came about because people were scared of the unknown and unexplained, FFS humanity should have educated itself, not hang on to this religious bollocks.

Full of hate. Why not post the dawkins video reading out the emails he recieved from so called Christians. Saying he hopes he gets cancer and the death threats to him and his family.

Scot i dont condone that at all, everyone should be able to beleive in what they want, ( as long as it dont physically hurt anyone)without getting death threats.

What will kill off Christianity is how f***ing boring, outdated and out of touch it is. I work in churches every week, the same type of people attend up and down the country, boring, gimpy types....the kids at school that were aftraid of everything etc....oh and no young people, they try and brainwash young kids but 90% of them only attend as it's cheaper than a crèche and that's a fact, church I was at yesterday didn't have one white English kid there every parent either had a big beard or a burka on. Using the Christian church as free or cheap childcare.

He gets death threats because many christians know deep down that their beliefs are utterly ridiculous and without any real and logical foundation. So when somebody calmly and intelligently dismantles their beliefs, they take it very badly.

It still needs to be done.
