Migmac 1
Don't know about the jackets but I got a set of pintail trousers, not for summer use. This time of year, brilliant. Keep you at a comfortable temp and dry. Not been wet with them on at all. I would presume the jackets are the same.
WILF 47,344
I like mine, I have a smock and it does its job very well. Yes you can get a bit sweaty but it's like anything else, if you want quality and fully breathable you go and pay £350......for sitting in a hide or some long grass the Ridgeline is bob on and it's great on the quad.

DIDO.1 22,844
I have a thick jacket at the minute and I sweat my tits off. I'm thinking of a tweed now, Iv had some good Harris tweeds in the past and they never made me sweat and were good in cold weather so I might just go back to one of them
lurcherman 887 13,234
I got a snugpak jacket ..light as anything but warm would rip easy if caught though
cragman 2,780
If you're legging it about on the tops then go for the layered system under a decent gortex or tweed jacket. I have a large game pocket in the back of my coat so a layer can be took off if you get a sweat on and stuffed away. Also, the game pocket can hold a pair of gloves, wind proof balaclava, paclite overtrousers and food.
lurcherman 887 13,234
Snugpak sleeker payed 100 for it but can get it cheaper online
the monkey 339
As said great for sat on a seat or on the quad but do any exercise and it's boil in the bag time
Hydropotesinermis 724
Been said before but stay away from ridgeline unless you are sitting perfectly still. Any movement or increase in temperature and... BAM! Condensation city! It keeps the rain out but you just get wet from the inside and really... Wet is wet. It's cheap. And for the cost it is very rugged stuff. Seems to take a lot of abuse and I definitely abuse mine, because I hate it. Still, once I have killed it I won't replace it with another. I'll probably use an old bin bag or some silage wrap instead.
