Personally, I'd prefer them off, but if a pup I liked the breeding and look of still had them on, it wouldn't unduly affect my decision to take it on .

For what it takes to remove them, Then to me its a no brainer,

Pain in the arse. Damaged them again other day, noticed earlier tonight its fell off again.

If they are left on,..best to leave things as they are,..but personally, I prefer them off....
