If I won the lottery I honestly wouldn't change much. Spend my days fishing and out with the dogs. Good for you mate, if it was me there would be an endless list of things to do, which is not much different from now! Haha....A guy just down the road from me has just won €168 million.....I wonder what he's thinking of doing next?

I say I wouldn't change and like to think I wouldn't but you can't even think about having that kind of money. Crazy That kind of money is a bit scary isn't it? It could bring out someone you never knew existed! Haha....
stumfelter 3,034
The worst job I ever had was in a laboratory where I had to examine feacal matter and urine samples and to be honest I was that bored that sometimes I'd just be going through the motions.

neems 2,406
Might be a different topic, but I've been on nights for a month, yesterday was my first night off and it's been shyt. I don't know how anyone does this long term,no family time,no hobbies, been to the gym twice this month. I don't do any lamping so the dog's not had much time out and I'm writing this at 6 am having not slept. Money isn't everything,i'd rather be doing a 9-5 job on minimum wage than be stuck in this routine.

DIDO.1 22,838
I do pest control. Iv been game keeping and in hunt service. Iv also done some Drystone walling, farm work, half a joinery apprenticeship....all while building up the pest control to full time. The mrs has now stopped working and we have just got a mortgage so it's a different ball game now, bit more pressure to make it work. She was on a good wage so if I had a good month I just stopped working and went hunting....now a good month just covers everything and I put some aside for next month! I do love my life though, I guess the ultimate test is 'if you win the lottery'..... personally I'd put enough for a small house in each kids bank, pay off our small mortgage, give some to my mum for the new conservatory furniture she wants.....then give every penny that's left to charity and continue like I am. I'm happy and content and very greatfull for that

THE GENERAL 1,982
Retail butcher at the minute but will be starting a new job next few weeks as a machine operator for a big local firm, shift work but the money's good and have plenty of perks with the job, plenty of days off to go out with the dogs during the week, suits me well.
