pablo esc 1,598
Only got bit by a fox once and that was only a couple of years back. I had to chance it because when out hunting two dogs went to ground .I knew the young dog was a good worker and the other one that followed was more experiencd . hell. I dug fast, broke through to the fox and had hold .ended up just pulling it up in the air and he clamped me and as if a grin , let go and ran off .it was a rabbit burrow thing on a ditch. A few weeks later , determined, I thought I dug the nasty twat in the main sett below with another young bitch.great hunting. Shame about the other escapalarge. I remember one morning after being out all night I went to try a embankment for foxes . I had a three quarter greyhound saluki, a man bought for one night and gave it to the mate he was with and give it to me next day.I had it few weeks , I got a fox with it one day , anyway on this morning the black and tan terrier I was given , grabbed the lurched on a railway line and the lurcher was trying to bite him and kopped for my arm as I was stopping it. The poor fkr ran off after it knew what he done . bad move for me and the dog. Poor soul. 1 Quote Link to post

Rat face 1,655
I once got bitten by a fox trying to get him out of a net then the terrier came out of the earth then got stuck into the fox at the back end pulling him and me down a slippy banking and more the terrier pulled on the fox the harder the fox bit down on me, that took some getting out of lol Rat Face, it seems cruel that I gave you a "like" as I could feel your pain. But that's how us terriermen are and when one of us get bitten the rest of us laugh our socks off . Sorry, . its fine mate, my two cousins was there that day and all they could do is roll around laughing at me as a turned a funny shade of green lol 1 Quote Link to post
