gnipper 6,621
I've never had a dog yet that will leave a piece of vet bed or blanket etc in their kennel and not drag it out in the rain or wreck it. Mine are on rubber matting with some wax paper on top now it's getting a bit cooler at night. Quote Link to post

Rabbit Hunter 6,613
Can't beat the waxed paper. Fluff it up every night with a quick shake. Takes 2 mins and stays pretty fresh and dry. Then change it every 10 days or so. A bale costs £9.50 and lasts about 2 /3 months so can't grumble really. Quote Link to post

When my dogs come out from the wax paper and I get in there it's always lovely and warm just the same as straw ... its paper it has to go warm ...... Quote Link to post
