3175darren 1,101
There's supposed to be 7 strains of mixi, as I was led to believe, but only two kill, maybe they have had a weaker strain,we have had it here, this last month in very isolated pockets, which is shit really as we have had it bad last two yr, the bright side is they may be breeding through it, as the population is bouncing back, and I have seen no more signs of it anywhere else around me, Quote Link to post
Treehands. 1,379
Only one strain as far as I'm aware. And being carried by fleas is why it lies dormant for long periods until the warmth of a rabbit hatches off the eggs 1 Quote Link to post
3175darren 1,101
Yes mate the flea carries the virus, there's different strains of the virus, some strains the rabbit has built a immunity to, that's the way I understand it, Quote Link to post
