I'm happy with my 30 quid haix army issue boots off eBay sod spending 300 on a pair of boots I've got kids to feed.

Saw these behind the counter in the British heart foundation charity shop in Rotherham and bought a couple of pairs. Decent socks for the price tbh.

A lot of people are know are getting them now and all have said how good they are, I got these before the start of the shooting season and they have been spot on, got them for just over 200 quid deliv

I've bought the same size footwear in everything for years and never had a problem, just Dunlop safety wellies are a size down. Then one day on a long walk wearing some cheap boots, my toes got hammered, toenails went black etc. So blamed the boots, and bought some Meindl dovre a half size up, best boots I've had, comfortable out the box, ideal. Until I did a long walk and I could feel my toes in the end of them🤦‍♂️

So bought some Altberg defenders a full size up for longer walks and had no bother, but obviously a cheaper boot. and that's my new size in everything, safety wellies up to my old size. Thought it was your nose and ears that got bigger not your feet lol

im on the meindl 3 season in still sound

Got these boots available, worn once for half day , will accept £260

collect Gateshead ne39 or can post at cost in original box , pm me

Must be really bad on your feet then mate to bin them off after only wearing them briefly. I bought some Grisport working boots a wile back for work costing me 70 notes and only wore them twice at work and they absolutely crippled me. It put me off Italian made boots tbh and I ended up giving them to a workmate who must have had narrower feet than me as he was well happy with them.

Yeah,it will go with that,I tried a few different boots on in the UK,including Crispi which fit me best, bought them mail order here as I didn't want to carry them in my hand-luggage.They have a really good rep in NZ and the states with people who wear them in really rugged terrain.

Nice boots the Borneos, had a couple of pair in the past, got a quality leather lining instead of the gore tex, used to wear them for running on the beach aswell as hill walking, comfortable straight out of the box

On the subject of boots has any one noticed wellies being so bloody narrow lately.

used to grab cheap pair from any where size none sorted. Now a days it’s like they have cut down on rubber. Poxy narrow at the front. Now got spend over 50 bloody quid and even then most makes are narrow.

i only ever wear wellies and clock lot miles so they don’t last long. But they need to be comfortable

Daughter gave me some muckboot type wellies the other year that she had bought for her husband and with him being same foot size he found them a bit tight. I found them a bit tight but they only lasted a few months before they split. The only wellingtons I have though tbh honest don't wear them as much as my Hanwag boots are those from Decathlon with the zip up sides and their very comfortable and had no problems plus it's a bonus their is a two year guarantee with them and their not as expensive as the top brand wellies.

Ordered some new laces for my hanwags as walking through low brambles they were looking a bit frayed so Ordered some of the hanwag site. Talk about overkill with the postage as I thought they would have been able to shove them through the letter box if I weren't in. Lol 😆

Like the huge Amazon boxes with a tiny item inside.
