max_wood 161
Thanks mate.thats exactly what she's like . Spends her whole life checking the other dogs.allways got her hackles up.she don't fight or growl but its like she's allways annoyed. Shes scared of ferrets our tortoise and is fine with the cat.anything else she will try kill. We got another one that is like border terrier coloured. She will kill ferrets but is a lot quieter and less moody and is joined at the hip with my 2 year old son Quote Link to post
beast 1,884
my wife has kept dachshunds for years. the standards are prone to back problems especially if you let them get a bit tooheavy. at the moment we have two 7 month old bitches, cross between mini and standard, nic little dos. my mate had a couple of teckels, great little hunters, let them draw through the wood for fox or deer and it was like a pack of miniature foxhounds. recall was difficult and he ended up losing both of them, but to be honest he is not the best trainer and should have done better.
