hi guys i'm thinking of buying a air rifle to get started. i have seen a webley raider for sale at £300 close to where i live.

any advice would be greatfull .thanks

yep ,,you loved her as much as me and dont say you did not

 

but if you look at it this way she did make you spend loads of money as she was the reason you got into shooting in the first place lol

Harry im going to let some thing slip here my friend as most of the lads know iv just sold my hw100s so i could repair my 4x4

 

and am i going to replace it with another hw100

 

NOT A CHANCE IN A MILLION YEARS

 

iv put a new raider 10 away for my self

 

there a very underestimated pcp rifle and very very accurate in ether cal

 

put some nice glass on top of her and your on your way

 

had some good night out in the fields with mine and filled more than a few bags

 

lets put it this way if you miss its you and not the rifle

dont think any thing has come close to her since not even my hw100,s(yes harry i had two hw100s)

 

iv not bonded with any rifle since her if i tell the truth rez

Yeah super mate. I'm good. Not been out as much as I'd of liked through other issues and such. Mrs has buggered her knee playing net ball, so been home a bit more.

 

Think this is the thing about that raider of yours and any 'mid priced' airgun for that matter, it's not about how accurate it is, how consistent it is, how many shots it's puts out and all that bull, (granted this isn't a good example as the raider can hold its own with anything) the bond with a rifle is about the experiences you share and the memories it creates. Sounds a bit camp, but we know it's true. My 1600 quid HM, not been out, my 1997 rapid, with me always....
