Welsh_red 4,645
Brilliant, got the original on Blu-ray. Nature is fcuking amazing, and we think we have it rough... those pengiuns at the end ffs . Being bashes and bashed by rocks just for a meal . The blood on them towards the end was mental My 6 year old watched half of it with me tonight before bed and loved it loads . Kept asking questions every 2 mins so i was glad i watched it beforehand
Tiercel 6,986
Programs like that, do a lot to redress the balance in kids, if left to some teachers they would grow up thinking all chickens come from a supermarket, and every other predator eats beans on toast. The earlier they learn that for some to live others must die the better in my opinion, they just seem to accept it as fact then. TC
DogFox123 1,379
Wasn't overly impressed with the last episode tbh. Strange how the scene of the Red Fox supposedly hunting two baby Ibex never once showed you them together in the same clip....

walshie 2,804
Apparently one of the eagles was a tame one with a camera strapped on its back. I suppose they have to do some things to get the stunning footage.

Malt 379
Not planet earth but thinking about the ibex at those heights reminded me of this sequence: https://youtu.be/rxGuNJ-nEYg Fair play to nature and some of the extremes it endures..

mackem 26,527
Don't ibex have two "toes" that operate independently of each other, that allows them to grip angled surfaces better?Geckos of the mammalian world.
