How do i kill a tree stump after i have cut the tree down??? Someone once told me to drill holes and fill with full fat milk to encourage a funghi to grow which would take the stump down...is this true? If not whats best. I have a couple to deal with this winter.

Thanks

Ry

Feck waiting for a tree stump to die away ... Get to your local plant hire place and get a stump grinder on hire , stumps will be gone in no time that way ...

i use to drill holes in the stump as deep as i could, and fill them up with brush killer, then nail a piece of ply over the top to cap it off, it will take quite a while to rot away tho.....
